Recent Improvements

We've taken advantage of the summer weather to make a number of updates to our available space.  We've just completed several renovations to 1780, and our renovations of 1790 were completed in the spring.  Both buildings now have new exterior doors with much larger windows, allowing more natural light into the buildings.  Both buildings also now have new attractive wood blinds throughout all units, which are a great upgrade from the hodgepodge of vinyl and other window blinds that were present before.  Finally, we've updated the paint and carpeting in a few of the recently vacated suites, so that they're ready to be occupied.

 

Stoney Hill Hudson Sign Work

The Offices at Stoney Hill now have a new sign on Darrow Road (Route 91) in Hudson, Ohio.  This extremely busy stretch of road will provide our tenants with great visibility, and already calls for available space have dramatically increased.  We’re continuing to improve the office space to make The Offices at Stoney Hill the best place in Hudson for small businesses and entrepreneurs to base their operations.

New Sign Ground Broken

Today I see that ground has been broken for our new sign.  We expect to have it up in a few weeks' time.  We'll blog with proper photos once it's complete, but it's the latest renovation we're making to the building in order to increase its value and curb appeal for tenants and their customers.  Work began on planning the sign last summer, but unfortunately we were unable to complete the necessary bureaucratic steps prior to the onset of winter.  Now that spring is in full swing, things are moving forward once more.

Once the sign is in place, we expect demand for space will increase.  The larger building, 1780, remains fully occupied at the moment.  1790 is in the final planning stages of a major series of renovations.  Once these are complete, the space will be occupied by our largest tenant, NimblePros, an agile consulting company specializing in Microsoft software development.  When that happens, about half of 1780 will be available for new tenants, and with the traffic light and new sign, we expect this will be a prime location for professionals seeking office space in the Hudson, Ohio area.

New Ownership

The offices at Stoney Hill are under new ownership!  Distinctive Spaces LLC and Steve and Michelle Smith are excited to own the property and are looking forward to relocating their business from its current location in the Twin Lakes area.  It has a great location and the new light at Stoney Hill should make it even nicer for tenants and entrepreneurs looking for office space in Hudson, Ohio.
